Advancing Whyalla's
Strategic Plan
The Advancing Whyalla Strategic Plan is reviewed annually at the groups planning day. Copies of the plan along with the Annual Report are available to all members and the public at the AGM. Plans and reports are also available on request from the Advancing Whyalla office. Copies may be posted on request to the coordinator.
The Strategic Plan outlines what we intend to do, why we are going to do it, and (where possible) when we plan to have it completed. The Plan requires the support and participation of all members, not just the Committee or just one project team. Other ideas may be developed after the printing of the Plan, which reflects the flexibility of the whole group to incorporate new ideas into our existing structure.

Advancing Whyalla's Constitution
The Constitution governs our activities as a legally binding document, but it also certifies that we are a legally incorporated body. Our Constitution stipulates matters such as when meetings are to be held, how officers are to be elected, and most importantly - what our objectives are!
